• 1 grain and 1 oz Meat or Meat alternate, or 2 grains or 2 oz Meat or Meat Alternative
• ½ cup Fruits /Juice/ or Vegetables
• 400-550 Calories

• 8 oz fat-free white or Chocolate Milk
• 2 oz Meat or Meat alternate (yogurt, cheese, nuts )
• ¾ cup Fruits or Vegetables (we offer fresh options daily with our salad bar)
• 1 grain
• 600-700 calories
• <10 grams Saturated Fat
• 0 Trans Fats
• Low sodium (preferably below 700 grams but not enforced until 2023)
