2025 French Market Artisan Booth Reservation Application – Deadline June 30, 2025
Thank you for your interest in reserving an artisan booth space at St. Joan of Arc French Market on September 6, 2025 As an artisans’ market space, we prefer the items for sale in each booth be mostly handmade or religious in nature. Please note all reservation applications are subject to review by the French Market Committee for appropriateness and space availability. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when your application and payment are received. The deadline for all applications is June 30, 2025. All applications and payments will be held until the Committee makes its final decision no later than July 16, 2025. Application fees for any artisan not receiving a reservation for this year will be refunded as soon as possible. All accepted reservations will be confirmed via e-mail by July 16, 2025. An e-mail including instructions, set-up times, and booth assignments will follow in advance of French Market 2025.
Please note, booth size is 10’ x 10’. Tents are not provided. You may bring your own tent if it is no larger than 10’ x 10’. Only tents are permitted as a booth structure. All items for sale must fit within the assigned booth space. No electricity, tables, chairs, or wifi service will be provided. Due to limited wifi capacity on the St. Joan of Arc campus, you must plan to utilize your own wifi or cellular service to process any electronic payments.

Application fees for each 10’ x 10’ booth space:
Early Bird (April 1 – May 31, 2025) - $125.00
Regular Price (June 1 – June 30, 2025) - $150.00
No refunds will be given for bad weather. French Market will continue rain or shine!
